Our Solution to Importing:

We receive many inquiries from international customers about using importers in their countries. However, after researching and consulting with industry peers, we found that significant savings in importing only applies to large or heavy items shipped in bulk, which is not the case with our product, the RUNT. If the country is charging 20% Import fees/taxes or VAT. By offering free shipping ($35-40 value), we can save our customers $10-$15.

The RUNT is small and easy to ship worldwide, so using an importer would not provide our customers any significant savings and might even increase costs due to double shipping (once to the importer, then to your door).
